18.4 Logistics

Heats in the gym will start at 5PM. Every 20 minutes a new heat starts. Send a text to 707.337.9441 to reserve your spot. Or send your messenger pigeon. Be sure to tell us if you are RX or scaled.

Are you concerned about the workout? You should be! Make sure that your back is flat EVERY REP! Go slow if you need to  and reset every time. It just ain’t worth hurting yourself over!

Drinks and snacks will be on hand. We can’t wait for more fun with all of you! Not in The Open? Come on by and cheer your gym mates on. They are going to need all the encouragement they can get on this one!
