10th Anniversary Lift Off

You have been working hard in the gym. We see you improving at your back squat, your deadlift, and your overhead shoulder work. Now let’s see what you have in the tank!

February 2 at 9AM you get to test your gains in a community setting. We will have a group warm up at 9AM. Next you will cycle through three lifting stations:

Station #1 will host the back squat
Station #2 is for the deadlift
Station #3 is for the strict shoulder press

Get ready to cheer on your fellow CrossFitters, and also to be pushed to new heights by their encouragement.
