10th Anniversary Lift-Off: Success!

Saturday morning the gym was FULL! Coach Scott lead the warm up. He prepped everyone on how to maximize their efforts in the Squat, the Strict Shoulder Press, and the Deadlift.

It worked. We not only had fun, and laughed, and worked hard. But we also had 44 new personal records on Saturday morning before 11AM!

WCCF member Jim Duane said “you’ve done a great job of building a successful gym and wonderful community. I appreciate being a part of it. And the muffins this morning were awesome.”
