Zombie Apocalypse Preparedness and Tuesday's WOD

This last Saturday will go down in history as the Saturday that the Wine Country CrossFit team saved the world from the Zombie Apocalypse! The workout was programmed to prepare the athletes for any all all eventualities that may arise when (not IF!) the Undead rise against the human race! The athletes worked so hard, and as an incentive to “killing” the most Zombies, the winning teams from both morning classes get to have their photos highlighted on today’s blog! A big hand to Cindy Perez and Carly Dowis from the 9 am class, and Victor Fuentes and Brandi Harris of the 10 am class!

Does this sound intriguing to you? Then come to a Saturday class! Off the typical weekday programming, Saturday classes are usually geared towards Partner or Team WODS, and I try to mix it up and make the workouts fun (and doable) for everyone. The classes do fill up quickly, though, so be sure to sign up online in order to ensure your spot!

Clean:  Find 1rm

Death By Power Cleans

Perform 1 clean the first minute, two the second, three the third and so on until you cannot complete the number of cleans prescribed by the minute.  No changing of weight
