Youth Classes At WCCF

We have a plethora of after-school activities for your kids! Monday through Thursday there are CrossFit, Weight Lifting and Aerial Silk classes for children and teenagers in the Napa Valley.

CrossFit Kids. Mondays & Wednesdays at 3.40PM. 2nd-5th Grade

CrossFit Kids starts with a game.  We then hide a skill or coordination element in another game. We tie the pieces together with animal movements in a WOD, and we wrap it up with yet another game.  Children return home tired and happy!

CrossFit Teens. Mondays & Wednesdays at 4.25PM. 6th-11th Grade

This class gets your teens moving, building strength and coordination in an age-appropriate setting. This class stands alone as  fun and challenging, and also serves those who need sport specific conditioning.  Each class earns a game at the end!

Teen Weightlifting. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 3.35PM. 7th-11th Grade

A step up from CrossFit Teens, this class is a strength and conditioning program for 13-17 year olds where they gain strength, flexibility, and improve their overall fitness while having fun.

Aerial Arts Youth. Thursdays at 4PM. 2nd-6th Grade

Though creative games and exercises, students learn basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions. Both boys and girls will soar to new levels of strength, coordination and accomplishment through aerial arts training!
