Welcome Isabella Rose, Overhead Squats & Nancy
We welcome Isabella Rose Duco! Born 4.28.14 at 5.34PM to Veronica and Luciano. Veronica CrossFitted for the entire pregnancy, and had an “easy” first birth with 15 hours of labor and two hours of active pushing. Isabella weighed in at 7 lbs and 7 oz, is 20.5 ” long, and has award winning hair! She is eating and sleeping like a champ, and says that her Mamma is going to resume Xfit soon!
Congrats to Veronica and Luciano on the birth of their first child!!!
