The secret to health and well-being isn’t a secret.
(It’s a habit.)
It’s knowing exactly what you have to do.
And then doing it over and over again.
It’s choosing the right foods.
And exercising.
It’s making sure you live with mindfulness, giving your relationships and your actions as much attention as you do your body.
But here’s the thing.
Those habits (the ones that underpin true health, mental and physical) aren’t habits until they’re Habits.
Until they’re automatic.
Which (like every other habit), means that forming them requires repetition.
And practice.
You’ve got to do them over and over again.
(Not for 8 weeks, but throughout your whole life.)
Luckily, there’s a chance coming.
An opportunity to practice.
To turn “yeah, sometimes I’m healthy” into “I’ve got this down.”
To turn “I haven’t exercised in a week” into “I do something every day.”
And we want you to join us for the next round.
Because we know that the secret to well-being isn’t a secret.
(It’s a habit.)
