Warming Up, Squat Day #2 (week 2)

This squat program is some WORK! Please get those legs REALLY WARM before moving that heavy bar around. Do HEAPS of squats and leg lifts and mountain climbers and walking soldiers to get that body warm.  Once your legs are warm be sure to fit in some warm up sets. Remember that the quality of your working sets are  directly related to the quality of your warm up. Do plenty of volume when the bar is light, and reduce that volume as the weight increases. Don’t be afraid to ask the coach for help, and then make sure to stretch those bad boys out!  Your body will thank YOU!

4 sets of 7/13 at 94% of what you lifted on Wednesday of this week. If you missed Wednesday then complete the above work at 70% of your 1RM.

Complete 4 rounds for time

30 double unders
10 kipping toes to bar

  1. So, is there a 3rd day to get stronger? Tami mentioned something and it makes sense to me that it’d be a part of it.
