That’s RIGHT. It starts with what we put in our mouths. If you want to change how you feel, how you look, your health, how you move, the first place to start is with the food!

We’re all about functional fitness and building strength at Wine Country CrossFit. The truth is that we can condition all day, but we won’t see real change until we also address the kind of food we use for fuel.
