It starts with FOOD! In fact the old adage “you are what you eat” is true.  Eat fresh foods, stay hydrated and consume just enough to sustain your body and before long you’ll start to feel good. Soon after that you will have so much energy you won’t know what to do with yourself!

Eat processed foods, drink soda and have extra helpings of the dessert, and pretty soon you’ll feel, well, poor!

On Saturday, January 20 we will start the Whole Life Challenge. This six week challenge is about eating clean and taking care of your body. The focus is on Paleo. Eating like a cave man. Watch this short video to find out just what Paleo is all about:
