It’s time to get back into action, people!!

Yes, there may be a few lingering events that you have to attend, or presents you must return, or maybe you’re still enjoying some well-deserved time off from your job.

But that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t get your rear into WCCF and get your body, mind and soul back into gear!

Exercise is great for your body, we all know that, but did you also know that it can make you SMARTER??!!

Fight Gone Bad!

3 rounds with 1 minute of rest between rounds. Each round consists of 1 minute each of the following:

Wall-ball: 20/14 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
