I recently saw the following video, and was reminded that our realities are so often a result of our own thoughts. Enjoy, and then go out and DO something!

Tuesday’s WOD:

5 Rounds:

Max reps push up
immediately followed by
Max reps pull ups

Rest as needed between rounds, however, once you fail on your push ups, you must go directly to the pull ups.

*Push Ups must be chest to floor

*Pull ups may be kipped.

As time allows – Inverted hangs and lever lowers.
