Team Open Training Starts! Gymnastics
Team Open Training starts Tuesday night at 5PM. It is open to anyone who thinks they might be interested in participating in The Open come late February. We encourage you to warm up and mobilize before 5PM, so that when the class starts you are ready to go.
Interested in participating but you can’t make that training time? Please sign up on the board in the gym and indicate your ideal time to train. We are excited about Open Team Training, and the bar it will raise for all who participate.
