Deadlift: Fine 1rm, then lower weight to 85% and complete as many reps as possible
Floor Press: Find 5rm, complete 3 total sets of 5 with same weight (3×5)
As time allows: Bent rows 8-8-8-8 coupled with GHD Situps, regular situps, or toes to bar 4×10-15
