Thursday’s WOD:
Pausing Front Squats – 5,5,5,5,5
*Standard front squat, but sit in the bottom position for a count of 3
*Focus on best possible position (chest and elbows up, butt to ankles) at bottom
*start with about 60% of 1rm back squat and adjust accordingly
ALTERNATE WITH:
Push Press: 3,3,3,3,3
