Spring Fling, Cookie Monsters, Whole Life Challenge & CrossFit Total
Coach Kris, the Aerial Coaches and I attended the Parks and Rec Spring Fling on
Saturday morning. We set up our Obstacle Course where lots of kids competed with themselves and each other for the best time on the leader board. Xanthia and Hylah both did stunning Aerial demonstrations while the breeze blew the silks all around.
Highlights included meeting Miss Napa and
seeing the Aerialists do their thing in an outdoor setting.

This wouldn’t be you would it?
No, it couldn’t be you. But maybe you have friends that this applies to… If you do, please have them read a bit further in this blog post.

What is the Whole Life Challenge and why we want YOU to sign up?
-It is not just for people trying to lose weight, and it is not just a diet challenge! Its an all encompassing lifestyle challenge: nutrition, fitness, mental health
-It is an opportunity to get rid of some bad habits (we ALL have those) and create some good habits. (Do you drink enough water? Mobilize enough? Are you regular at taking your supplements? Most people think they “eat pretty well” – but could you be held accountable for that?) It is 8 weeks long because that is how long it takes to create new habits.
-It is a great community builder – as part of our team, you will log on each day (any device) and write a few words about your day, and leave a comment for your teammates. It’s a fun way to get to know each other better and support each other. It only takes 2 minutes!
-It is a very flexible challenge: choose your level and commit to that level (advanced, intermediate, easy)….YES, the intermediate and easy levels allow a little wine!
-The challenge allows for some cheats (Bottlerock? Big birthday? A wedding? A 3 day trip to Vegas?)
-This challenge will change your life for the better! Invite your friends and family to join the WCCF team, or captain your own team, while still playing on the WCCF team.
It all starts on May 2nd! Sign up here: (link)
