We have changed our tune, and have decided to host the 9AM class on Memorial Day. Get ready for a Hero WOD on this day designed to remember those have have served.

Friday’s WOD

Split Jerk and 3 Presses
Focus on getting LOW under the bar. Once there continue to hold a stable midline and press.
2-2-2-2 increasing in weight.

WOD (around 10 minutes)
3 round for time:
200 meter run
5 jerks (165/115)
15 Pull-ups
