Cleanliness, Godliness and Snatch Work

Clean-Up-Cleanliness-Is-Next-To-Godliness-1917

Lately some of you may have seen me spending a lot of time organizing the kettlebells, pull-up bands, boxes and rack stands, and cleaning up chalk dust – yes, I am a little OCD and definitely a Type A personality, but there is method to my madness! We are so fortunate to have you as our members, and are thrilled that more and more of you are coming to classes and participating in stretching and mobility both before and after class. With that of course comes greater use of the equipment, and it can be difficult to keep everything tidy and organized.

So, I am calling on you, our FABULOUS members, to please take a moment after your workout to help us keep our gym tidy, organized and safe for everyone! If you use something or move something, put it back when you are done! If you make a little mess, clean it up – we are fully stocked with cleaning materials! With everyone doing their part and taking a little extra time, our gym will look better and be more functional for all! Thank you in advance for your time and help, and as always, thank you for being part of the Wine Country CrossFit Family!
