We get it that signing up for classes has proven challenging for some. Therefore we have found an Ap that you can download for FREE on your smart phone. We are getting set up with them as a vendor, so for the technology challenged among a solution is on its way! Stay tuned.

Wednesday’s WOD:
Snatch Training, Find 1rm
Death by snatches:
Perform 1 snatch (full squat) every minute on the minute
Start with 75% of your 1rm and increase the weight by 5% each round. The workout ends when you cannot complete a snatch at the given weight within the minute.
