Snatch Grip Deadlift & KB Met Con
Think about your hips today. Are they really flexible? For both a snatch grip deadlift and kettlebell swings (along with snatches and a lesser extent the TGU’s) you will need to remember how important your hip strength and flexibility are for a successful completion of this workout. Of course there are many other factors to consider in these movements today too–your grip will be tested–and your coaches will be all over it all day for you.
