Self-Deprecation and Some EMOM Fun

I was chatting with some friends over the weekend who are not familiar with CrossFit, and had to show them the following video, as it makes me giggle EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE IT!!! (Warning, there are a few words that are not for tender ears).

Of course, I got pulled down the rabbit hole that is YouTube, and also found these again. They had me in stitches. Do we have any chalk?

    • Front Squat – 5 Minutes to Work Up to 50% of 1 RM High Bar Back Squat (or 65% of 1 RM Front Squat)
    • Push Press – 5 Minutes to Work Up to 65% of Push Press
    • THEN
    • EMOM for 12 Minutes
      • Even Starting at 0:00
        • 5 Front Squats @ 65%
      • Odd Starting at 1:00
        • 5 Push Press @ 65%
    • WOD: 5 Minute AMRepsAP Burpee Pull-ups
