Pulling & Bear Complex
The Bear Complex is a long drawn out affair of moving weight that builds muscle and strength. It’s ultimate motive, though, is to increase endurance in your lifts. You are on the bar for 35 lifts before you take a break! Think about that for a minute, then choose your weight wisely. It is vital that you also choose a weight that allows you to maintain quality and integrity on every move. This choice will also be dictated by your weakest lift.
