Wednesday’s WOD:

Pull Up work:  Kipping, Strict, L, weighted, chest to bar, bar muscle ups

Tabata:
Kettlebell Swings (70/44)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Sledge hammer Strikes (alternating hands each round)
Situps (abmat)

Each station consists of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, complete all rounds at one station before proceeding to the next station.
