Thursday’s WOD:

Pull Up Work:  Kipping, strict, weighted, L, bar muscle ups.  See your coach

Complete 7 rounds:

1 Run to Telephone pole
10 Clapping Push Ups
10 Nine Foot Touches

For the 9 foot touches: Rx’d = touch 9ft (our highest pullup bars (the cross bars))
Scale by lowering to something that is close to a 1rm jump
