Preparing Your Body for WORK, Strength Training
As you know we are in the midst of the Barbell WOD, which has us tackling two strength-training movements and a short WOD three times a week. Our current target is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and those days are FULL! If you are someone who requires a LOT of warm up to prepare your body for work, then we encourage you to come in early and get moving! Each day we will include a warm up and cool down, but if they are too abbreviated for you then please don’t hesitate to come on in and move that body!

Power Snatch
Work to 80% of 1RM Snatch. Then 2 drop sets at #25 down.
Power Clean/Hang Clean/Push Jerk
4×1. Hang from just below the knee. Start at 60% of 1RM Clean. Level load across all sets.
