Pose Skill Work–Bone Building
Are pistols the golden unicorn of your fitness toolbox? Candlesticks are an excellent pose skill to work on in your quest to find this elusive skill.
On another note, I hope you are all rallying through this flu season. Please respect your body and get lots of rest, stay hydrated and eat immunity boosting foods–lots of dark leafy greens, cruciferous veggies, mushrooms—cremini, shiitake, maitake, foods high in Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K. “Bone broth” is an excellent way to support your immune system. You can make it yourself or you can find some already made for you at the Fatted Calf at the Oxbow Public Market.
