Paleo Challenge Announced, Cleans and EMOM

Mark your calendar as the next Paleo Challenge will start on Tuesday April 15 at 7.30PM. Normally we do a 45 Day Challenge each spring and fall, but we want to make this challenge FAST and DOWN and DIRTY, and build intensity from the start. For that reason we will make this a 30 Day Challenge. Get ready for fast changes and FUN!

Wednesday’s WOD

 

Clean Work –

Beginner – Hang Power Clean from Position 1- work skill at light-medium weight
Intermediate – Hang Power Clean from Position 2 – work up to 3 RM
Advanced – Clean + Split Jerk – Find 1 RM

WOD – EMOM 10 minutes

2 Cleans (same kind you worked in skill portion)
10 Clapping Push-ups (sub hand release)

OPTIONAL Cash-Out –

5 Rounds

Run/Row 200 meters as fast as possible, rest 30 seconds. Goal is to keep your time consistent while also going FLAT OUT.
