Olympic Lifting Seminar, Running & AMRAP

Mark your Calendar! Saturday May 24th from 1-4PM we will host an Olympic Lifting Seminar. The Olympic movements will be taught by nationally ranked lifters from CTS Training Systerms. More information will follow soon, but in the meantime please mark your calendar and set aside the time to make dramatic improvement with your clean and snatch!

Go over Pose Running Technique

6 x 2 minutes on : 1 minute off

(out for 1 minute and then back)

THEN AMRAP 12 min
4 DL 225/155lbs
8 Push up –

Adjust run as needed to allow athletes to get to AMRAP
