Oly Lifting Seminar, Renee's Birthday WOD

CTS is the organization putting on the Olympic Lifting Seminar this Sat from 1-4PM.  That would be John Cortese to those familiar with the Napa athletic landscape.

In this seminar, you will get:

  • Olympic weightlifting specific warm-ups and stretches to ensure you have the mobility in place to lift safely and efficiently.
  • Step-by-step progressions and our system of learning the snatch, clean, and jerk guaranteed to improve your lifts and bring home some new PR’s!
  • Assistance exercises to help bring up weak points of each lift so that you can continue to make progress throughout your training!
