Yoga, We HEAR You, & Not For Time

Friday November 9th we will have Yoga with Jasper at 4.30PM. Next week Jasper leaves on his walk-a-bout to India, and Yoga classes will cease in his absence.

We HEAR you that the pre-signing up for classes thing is not popular among YOU, the people who train here. We are trying to figure out the best way to make sure that everyone gets the coaching they deserve while also keeping people safe in our limited space. We are working on a new potential home for Wine Country CrossFit that has more space, but it is still too early to announce anything definite. Hence, the idea to have people sign up for classes seemed like a way to circumvent overcrowding issues, but, well, maybe not! Thanks for your feedback, and for your patience while we figure out the best way forward.

Friday’s WOD:

NOT FOR TIME

3 Rounds, with approx :45 rest after each station:

3 Turkish Getups per hand (For Weight)
Max Effort Strict Pull Ups
Sub Maximal Effort situps (GHD)
Max Effort Push Ups (Use rings if you have more than 20 push ups from toes)

For Time:
50 Kettlebell snatches per hand (53/35)
Break up into sets as needed
