Tuesday’s Workout

WOD – 60 Minute EMOM

5 Pull-ups
10 Push- ups
15 Air Squats

(20 minute time limit)

*At the 20 minute mark, or if/when you can no longer complete the 30 reps within the minute, then perform

10 Burpees EMOM

(10 minute time limit)

**At the 30 minute mark, or if/when you can no longer perform 10 Burpees within the minute, then perform

10 Wall Balls EMOM

(15 minute time limit)

**At the 45 minute mark, or if/when you can no longer perform 10 Wall Balls within the minute, then perform

10 Double-unders (40 singles) EMOM

(10 minute time limit)

**At the 55 minute mark, or if/when you can no longer perform 10 Doubles/40 Singles, then perform

100 m run/row (as fast as possible!) EMOM

(5 minute time limit)
