Mondays – Back Squats and a WOD
Tuesdays – Snatch work and a WOD
Wednesdays – Bench Press and a WOD
Thursdays – Clean & Jerk and a WOD
Fridays – Nicknamed Sweat Fridays so take a wild guess!
We will be on a 12 week cycle, and we know you will continue to see gains. As usual we will continue to build mobility into each class.
