New Programming & New ProgrammerWe thank Coach Rich Tippitt for his hard work and the great programming he provided for the last year and a half.

As of July 1st we welcome Richy Perez as our new programmer. Richy says “it’s time to test where you are with your strength so next week we will see some max efforts in the program. I’ve seen a lot of gains in the gym with Rich Tippitts programming. We now want all of you to familiarize yourselves with your current potential.  Please know that I’m excited to program for the gym and I welcome any feedback.”
