New Mobility Class starts Tonight!

 

Wednesday nights at 5PM we will now offer a 30 minute Mobility Class. This is a perfect way to apply some of the things you learn from Kelly’s book, Becoming a Supple Leopard, and also a great way to prepare your body for the Level II class which starts at 5.30. Attendance at this class is included in your membership, so come on down!

 

In addition, please note that the 4PM Pilates class on  Thursdays is now on Fridays at 4PM.

Wednesday’s WOD

 

Snatch Complex – 1 Snatch-Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Full Squat Snatch = 1 Rep
3 Sets of 3 Reps at light weight
3 Sets of 3 Reps at medium weight
1 Set of 2 Reps at heavy weight

WOD: 10 Minute EMOM
3 Snatches (135/95) + 5 burpees
