CrossFit 101 Resumes, Front Squats and Burpees

CrossFit 101 is Back on the Books!

 

A few years ago we developed CrossFit 101 as a kinder and gentler approach to functional strength training. This made for a nice transition for many people post On-Ramp who were not quite ready for our regular group classes. We had a nice group of regulars who then got stronger,  and moved into regular group classes. While you all progressed the 101 coach was often left standing alone! We see people who can use the bridge that 101 creates, so we are bringing it back to  our 6.30PM class on Thursday nights.

 

Are you a regular in the Thursday 6.30 class? The coach will scale UP for you. Are you intimidated by the fast pace of our regular classes? CrossFit 101 is the solution. The first class will be Thursday July 11 at 6.30PM.

Wednesday’s WOD

Front Squat – Find 3 RM, then perform 2 more sets of 3 reps at that weight (rest 60 seconds between sets)

WOD: 12-9-6-3
Front Squat (135/95)
Burpees
(Coaches’ note: scale weight accordingly to aim for a finish time around 10 min)
