More Level II info & Snatch Complex

The Level II class will start on Wednesday night at 5.30PM. A few of the questions I’ve heard floating around are “who will judge me to see if I’m ready for the class,” and “how come Beth can’t count?”

 

First, we’ve fixed the numerology issue on the Level II Criterion List, so please excuse my numbers impairedness.

Second, no one will judge you! This is an opportunity for you to do a personal self inventory as it relates to CrossFit. Look at the list and look at yourself, and be your own best critic. You decide if you are ready for the Level II class. If there is an issue we will use our best communication skills to let you know.

Finally, another important piece for participation in this class is that you must pursue resolution of your own mobility issues with a vengeance! Shoulders, hamstrings, hips and all their limitations must be addressed in a proactive fashion.
