Mobilize Yourself, Squat Day #1 (week 2)
The workouts at Wine Country CrossFit are hard! And they are getting harder. Have you noticed? CrossFit is miraculous at making you strong. We get results FAST with our unique methodology. The down-side is that CrossFit makes your muscles tight. Add to that all the sitting we do in our society, and things are even tighter! So the onus is upon YOU to Mobilize! We do our best to include it in our classes, but we often run out of time. We also encourage you to come in early before class and spend time on the roller, and get that ball into ALL those tight spots. It feels amazing to be strong, but the body can’t sustain non-stop tension, so get on in here and loosen up! Chase’s little girl is getting her dolly’s hip flexors open, and we want the same for YOU!
