Mobility WOD, Open Schedule, Handstand Push-ups, Rope Climbs & EMOM

We will host the Mobility WOD Seminar on Friday of this week, and all classes except 6AM and 5.30 PM are cancelled.

 

In addition The Open starts this week and we are hosting the first workout on Friday evening. Please come in during the 5.30 class to get warmed up, and we can start going thru the WOD shortly after 6.30PM. If you can’t make it on Friday please send me an email at beth@winecountrycrossfit.com and let me know what time on Sat or Sun, or even Monday you can come in and get ‘er done!

Thursday’s WOD

Handstand Push-ups and Rope Climbs – Practice Skill

WOD – 15 min EMOM*
3 Handstand Push-ups
10 Good Mornings with Kettlebell (70/44)

*scale work up or down so that each minute you have at least 20 seconds but no more than 30 seconds of rest

OPTIONAL Cash-Out – Run 1 mile for time
