Mixed Gymnastics Skills and AMRAP
Gymnastics is such a fun and challenging component of CrossFit, and I have seen such amazing improvements in technique and skill from all of you – practice does make perfect!
Just to keep us on the straight and narrow, though, I thought I’d include a few videos showing some really amazing gymnastics athletes. Gotta keep it real, right? Enjoy!

Tuesday’s WOD
Not For Time – (coaches’ note: this gymnastics work should be easily completed within 15-20 minutes)
6 X 15 Second False Grip Hold
6 X 15 Second L-Sit on Rings (if no rings, parallettes or boxes, if no L, bent knee)
6 X 8 Shoulder Taps (Chest-facing handstand, or scale with feet on boxes – NO BACK FACING!)
Rest as needed
8 Minute AMRAP:
8 Strict Pull-Ups (no kipping)
12 Slam Balls (50/25)
16 Sit-ups
