Level II Transitions to Open Gym

We created the Level II classes as a platform for building greater strength, endurance, and an increased command of the Olympic lifts. After watching the class last Wednesday I was impressed with  everyone’s ability to move and tackle both challenging lifts and workouts. You guys are doing awesome, and we are now transitioning the 5.30 Level II class to Open Gym. We will have a workout on the board for you to complete each day, much like what Rodrigo has provided. In addition Rodrigo and the other coaches will come in and workout with you all when their schedules allow.

We would like to add another night of Open Gym to our schedule, again with prescribed work on the board. Our first choice is Mondays. Please email me directly if you are in support of Mondays, (beth@winecountrycrossfit.com) or if you have another time and day suggestion. In the meantime, keep up the great work!
