Keep Your Kids Moving This Summer!Wine Country CrossFit offers two summer sessions for all level of young athlete. We start children as early as seven years old with CrossFit that is scaled to their athletic level. We offer CrossFit for teenagers, and we also teach those teens how to safely lift weights in our Teen Weightlifting Class. Attendance in all three of these classes is on a drop-in basis, and are paid for with Class Cards. These cards range in price from $18 down to $11.

Keep your kids moving this summer with our dynamic and fun classes. First class is FREE so come in to try it out!

Session One

June 12 through July 12
Tuesdays & Thursdays
