Last week I made a post about virtuosity, and being sure that every rep counts.  Today is the day to put it to work!  Karen is a work out where it is really easy to get into a habit of letting the ball hit the wall a bit low, or to not get your butt all the way down to the bottom of the squat.  I want to see some great Karens this time around.  If the ball doesn’t hit the middle of the line, call a no rep on yourself.  If you don’t get your butt to the “butt ball” give it another squat before throwing that ball up.  I know you can all do it, and you’ll be stronger because of it.
