Inversion on Rings & A Little Stroll
Strength and endurance in the muscles of the upper body, specifically the chest, shoulders, triceps and core is a good indication of overall fitness. A strong upper body is also important for everyone who wants to perform everyday movements, such as carrying luggage or picking up children, (or trying out for Cirque du Soleil :))with ease and without risking injury . Have fun with inversion on rings and lever work today. Don’t forget that the position REQUIRES absolute core activation and you can not let go of that hold on your abdominal area. You’ll need to remember that feeling of hanging on in that area for your little stroll as well. The longer you can hold on to your posture the farther you will be able to go without putting down the bar. Oh, and don’t forget to breathe.
