I know that all this extra stuff we throw at you isn’t always all that fun, like Pilates and Mobility work and Foundations Training. But what if it could shave unexpected seconds off your benchmarks? What if it made your performance not only improve, but sky-rocket? David Z last week shaved an unexpected 30 seconds off his Helen time by attending Foundations Training before the WOD. “My hips felt so open I just flew through that run and those kettlebell swings!”

Wednesday’s WOD

 

Hang Power Snatch (From Position 1) – Find 1 RM, then reduce weight by 5-10# and perform 4 EMOM for 6 minutes

WOD – 10 Minute EMOM
3 Broad Jumps Straight into 100 meter Sprint

OPTIONAL Cash-Out – 3 Rounds
500 M Row
50 KB Swings
50 Double-Unders
