Helen and Birthday WODs

This weekend saw about 30 WCCF members and visitors enjoying a birthday WOD designed specifically to celebrate Beth and her sister Christa’s 50th Birthday! Everyone seemed to have a great time – especially the birthday girls themselves, as you can see in the photo below!

 

Now, how can you get in on this action? If you have a birthday coming up, and are planning on working out that day, let us know! We’ll happily make your special day even MORE special by designing a workout specifically for YOU! Just be sure to give us a week’s notice so that we can appropriately program the WOD into the week’s work.

And thanks to all of you who came out to celebrate on Saturday! Great work!

Now, on to more serious business – go get you some HELEN! You may also want to do some mobility work on your quads, shoulders and upper back. Just sayin’.
