Wednesday’s WOD:

Hang Squat Snatch.  Focusing on Loosening of hips and shoulders to increase speed under bar.  Find 1rm optional

Every 30 secs for 12 Mins:
1 snatch
begin at approximately 65% of your 1rm and add:
2.5lbs at the top of every minute if you snatch less than 100lbs
5lbs at the top of every minute if you snatch more than 100lbs
see 2/22 for 1rms
