Century Club, Coach JC's Got Some Moves, Handstands and Jumpy WOD
Century Club starts at 6.30pm sharp on Saturday November 9th. That means that the drinking and pulling and music starts at 6.30, so please arrive at least by 6.15 so you will be set and ready to go. Wine Country CrossFit is providing the beer, and we ask that you bring your own shot glass and any pitchers if you have them. We also encourage bringing your own designated driver, because safety is first!

Today’s Member Spotlight is actually going to be a Coach Spotlight. Coach JC is our focus today, and here is her story!
JC joined our Wine Country Crossfit Coaching staff in 2013. She became a crossfitter in 2011 and never looked back. She was sold as soon as she heard the words, “The sport of Crossfit.” Crossfit’s team environment in which each individual excels in their own skills fits perfectly with the softball and track and field environment she is accustomed to. For an athlete, being a part of a team is much better than being a member at a gym!
As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker who specializes in Structural Integration, JC’s knowledge gives her an edge when coaching and assisting athletes in their workouts. JC continues to learn and grow as a coach, and has moved her bodywork practice right into the gym so she can be closer to the athletes and help them with their individual needs
JC is rewarded each time a member says ”thank you” not only for helping their body recover successfully, but for making the workouts fun. JC received her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University, has worked in Gold’s Gym and Club One as an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, is a Nationally Certified Bodyworker, is Certified as a Crossfit Level 1 Coach, and recently became a Rock Tape Doc… her favorite title of all!
