Hammer Gone Bad

A big Happy Birthday to Marjorie Lewis this morning!  I think that I have been sworn to secrecy on the number of the birthday, so I will keep my mouth closed for my own sake.  If you who know Marjorie, you probably think that she is very nice, a bit quiet, and mild mannered.  Let me tell you that she has us all fooled.  Deep down, apparently there is a rage pent up inside of her!  Whenever she and I talk about workouts, all she can talk about is hitting the tire with the hammer. All she wants to do at CrossFit is beat on the poor little tire!  I think it only fitting that we have a special Monday birthday WOD for Marjorie where we all get to let out some of that pent up aggression.
