Halloween Costume Contest and Spooky WOD

Okay, you crazy people!! Today is the day! Come one, come all, to Wine Country CrossFit’s Spooktacular WOD!! Come in a costume – or face the 50 burpee penalty!!

Coaches will be taking photos of all of you costumed folk, and then we will post all photos on our Facebook page, where the winner will be voted on by his/her peers. There is a prize for the best costume, so get it together, folks!!

Looking forward to seeing everyone’s creative sides come through!!

Pilates Class and Body Foundations Class Announcements

  • Due to lack of attendance, Pilates for CrossFitters class at 4 pm on Fridays is cancelled.
  • Body Foundations classes will resume the week after next. Stay tuned for time and day announcements.
