The October Gym Challenge is As Many Strict Pull-ups As Possible!

 

Come on in, warm up those shoulders, grip that bar HARD, and start pulling! If you need a band then do as many as you can, and make a note on the board about how many pull-ups you did. Note, if you are doing more than 5-7 with your band of choice, it is time to go to a lighter band!

 

And, this a particularly exciting time to work on our pull-ups as your increasing numbers will likely coincide with your Paleo Prowess.

AMRAP 10 mins:

Sprint 100m
5 burpee box jumps (24/20)
5 dumbell thrusters (50/25)
